● ■ Maize + Rice Cookbook

researched during George Nelson Fellowship (2021)
written during Anthony Acciavatti’s seminar Labs and Landscapes of the Green Revolution (2022)
and featured in Labs and Landscapes of the Green Revolution, edited by Anthony Acciavatti (2023)

Part of a collective cookbook produced during the semester at Yale University, narrating a recipe as a means of unfolding its geographic specificity, origins, and history. The goal of the cookbook is to use architectural skills of observation and critical analysis to understand the political, material, spatial, and social entanglements of the Green Revolution and its enduring legacies.
